What Are the Benefits of UltraClear?

A famously versatile treatment, UltraClear is capable of delivering a myriad of benefits when administered by a qualified provider. By stimulating collagen and elastin production, it can deeply rejuvenate the skin and encourage collagen remodeling; in turn, it can greatly reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, uneven skin texture, and scars.  Each pass of the device emits a dynamic combination of ablation and collagen remodeling. The unique cold fiber laser technology allows for precise control over treatment depth and intensity, which minimizes thermal damage and maximizes results. More exciting yet, UltraClear is safe for all skin types – including those that are more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

How Is UltraClear Performed?

The UltraClear procedure involves the use of a handheld applicator, which is gently used to send concentrated beams of light into the treatment area. The process is associated with minimal discomfort; in fact, pain levels are typically rated between 0-3 on a scale of 10.

The platform can be adjusted to deliver different treatment options, which range from a quick, minimal downtime “lunchtime light peel” to more intensive procedures. In any case, full-face treatments can be completed in about 15-20 minutes. Depending on the settings applied, some patients may notice slight swelling or redness following the session, but these should fade within a few days. More intensive sessions may require an average of three days of downtime.

How Long Do UltraClear Results Last?

As the UltraClear system is highly customizable, the longevity of your results will depend on the specifics of your treatment. For instance, a lighter “lunchtime” peel may last for a few months, whereas the effects of a more intensive session may last from several months to five years. Regardless, our team encourages you to use top-quality skin care products following the procedure to keep your skin healthy and safe. We would be glad to help you develop a regime based on your unique needs.
